Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to Heptadev! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you accept these terms in full.
Invoicing
We’re going to issue three invoices for you: one for an upfront payment and two for the milestones we’ll set up with you. All invoices will be in USD and must be paid within 20 days from the date of issue. For e-commerce website development from scratch, we prefer bank wire payment. Our bank account details will be enclosed with the invoices.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Both parties agree that no information concerning this e-commerce development project will be shared outside the two teams working on it. Any information shared between the teams will be considered confidential and treated as such. Employees from both sides will be informed about this non-disclosure clause and required to sign NDAs.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda. In case of disputes or claims, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rwanda.
Amendments
Heptadev reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
